The Shreveport Dog Park Alliance filed a document in court today claiming the Mayor has not complied with an order from Caddo Parish Judge Emanuel to sign off on the dog park and they say he has not paid court costs.
"This is filing with the district court to have him found in contempt because he hasn't paid the court costs, he hasn't signed the paper work he was ordered to do. The legal breaks that were put on were only good until July 8th," said attorney Daniel Keele.
